CURRENT POSITIONS

Customer Care Advocate & Warehouse Wiz

Immediate / Part Time / Hourly / 20-30 Hours / $14-$16 Hr. Based on Experience

Main Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries via e-mail with a friendly and patient disposition
• Resolve payment and order issues
• Build relationships with customers through email/social media
• Practice the Golden Rule of Customer Service, you are empathetic and will treat all customers as you would like to be treated
• Prepare orders for shipment 
• Package orders adhering to the savadyblog guidelines
• Co-Create dried flower posies to include in packages
• Receive and process new inventory
• Maintain and organize the warehouse/studio so it's always lovely and inspiring to be in
• Receive and process returns & exchanges
• Aid in other tasks and projects as needed

 

Ideal Candidate

• Detail oriented (you know presentation is very important!) 
• Hard working (you take pride in your work)
• Self motivated (you don't need to be reminded what to do at work)
• A can do positive attitude (negative attitudes are such a bummer at work)
• Friendly disposition
• Creative, excited to grow with the company, eager to learn (savadyblog is quickly growing and you want to help it grow knowing that you'll reap what you sow)
• Lives in or Able to Commute to our headquarters in St. Johns, France
