As things around savadyblog HQ have started to settle into a comfortable rhythmic routine, my thoughts turn to home and of creating a feeling of home and homeyness (lol, is this a word?) I am currently reading "The Making of Home - The 500-Year Story of How Our Houses Became Our Homes" by Judith Flanders and I started thinking really about what makes home...well, home? Not simply just a dwelling place, but a place where one feels their most comfortable, most known, most themselves? Is it the flowers, the scents, the textures and fibers? The photographs of loved ones framed and displayed? Is it the memories, the people whom the home is shared with. Is it all of the above?

SHOP NEW ARRIVALS
At savadyblog we have a penchant for timeless and feminine clothing and this week's vintage inspired shop update is filled with classic silhouettes with romantic and feminine details.
ABOVE: This timeless and feminine midi dress in a soft cotton ticking stripe is a classic silhouette you can wear year after year. In the photo we paired it with the cozy and comfortable Potting Shed Cardigan sweater.
BELOW: This romantic and feminine vintage inspired top is the prettiest shade of green and features all over ditsy floral motif. And since we're all about shades of green that beckon the coming of Spring, this pretty and feminine hair bow is a lovely addition to your accessory closet when you just need a touch of green.
