I won't travel by Arriva ever again, they have got to be the worst bus company in the area. I use a walking stick and having one hand in bandages after an operation I got on the bus to visit my son, the bus took off that fast as soon as I got my ticket I went flying down the bus, falling as I couldn't Nike Sneakers Photos
I would also like to know how the are charging the Council for Elderly people's travel as Gold Card holders now place Nike Shoes For Men 2018 Black their card on the ticket machine and do not state their destination.
Typical! When everyone (at least those who work in the private sector) are taking pay cuts, food, fuel, rent are all rising, and with possible Council Tax increases if Labour are elected to run the city next May, how can we possibly afford to travel by bus?
The Government has also set out new rules for Job seekers, who now have to look for work that involves three hours travel every day (90 minutes each way). So if you take job at an hour in Nottingham or Leicester you will pay around per week travelling!!! with an increase this will go up to about
people paying a lower fee than nobody paying a higher fee ?
Surely its better to have more Nike Red And Black Sneakers
My son uses Mango to go to school, it costs me 67p per journey. He used to have the frio ticket where he got 13 for the Nike Sneakers Black And Purple
hold onto to anything. A complaint to the bus company didn't even get a reply. I don't visit my son now as I can't even be sure a taxi is fit to be on the road or that the driver won't spend the journey texting while he drives.
No cheaper to go by bus , its not really going to encourage anyone to switch traveling by bus then is it ?
What I object to is that the bus use to be caught by only myself and another passenger.
It smacks of taking people for granted and taking advantage of people !
When I didn't get the bus or the other passenger didn't travel that day , or either of us didn't travel then the bus would do the route anyway ?
I understand the reasons behind the recent proposed price increase to your monthly and daily tickets. I work maybe once or twice a week. I think it would be a good idea to introduce a multi trip ticket Example 5, 10 or maybe 15 trips, that is not bound by such limited time constraints. I also understand their maybe good reasons why it should be used within the month, but you may find a drop in a valued customer base such as intermitant or infrequent users Example the young/ part time workers, weekend party goers, this could be a growing customer base if this system is implement and maybe worth a trial.
A friend of mine quit her job in Nottingham just before Christmas because the travel time and costs meant she could no longer afford to work in Nottingham. Arrive Derby probably run the most expensive bus transport in the country, currently for a journey under one mile!
Arriva buses have put up their monthly saver tickets by another and have increased fares across the board
price of 10, except his friends would get him to "pay" for their journey having spent their bus fare. The Mango saves me loads because they can't travel on that. Not only that but because of a glitch on their website the horrific palaver I had to top it up resulted in their customer services department giving me a top up as a goodwill gesture so hats off to Trent Barton. You can bet Arriva wouldn't have done that.
The bus to Belper from Derby every morning use to cost 5.60 return, which drops to 3.60 return after 9 o'clock until late. (this is probably higher now)
I used to use the bus for Commuting to work until it became unfordable.
I now bike when its good weather otherwise I drive as its no cheaper to go by bus !
I think the cost of public transport in Derby is a joke, I have not driven for a few years now, yet as a daily ticket has just gone up to I would be better off driving again after the initial cost of a car. I also have to stand on most Journeys as we have those little tiny buses now for the 33 36. What I would like to know is why are so many people getting on and not paying? Not pensioners there are others that have free permits; does anybody know what this is? They don't scan them like the pensioners they just show the driver.
